We use a variety of premium materials to match the unique character of each design. Most of our collection is crafted from genuine top-grain cowhide for a luxurious feel. We also offer select styles in high-quality vegan leather. For our special design series, you will find exquisite textures like vegetable-tanned leather, suede, and nubuck. Please check the "Description" section on each specific product page for exact material details.
We do our best to ensure our product photos are true to color. However, due to inconsistencies in various display monitors and lighting conditions, the color you see on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product.
If a specific style is sold out, you can sign up for email notifications on the product page. We will alert you as soon as it is back in stock!
To keep your bag looking fresh, we recommend wiping it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. When not in use, store it in the dust bag provided to maintain its shape and protect it from dust.
Shippping & Returns FAQs
Great news! We offer complimentary shipping on all handbag orders. The price you see is the price you pay—no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
We want you to love your new bag! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
We’ve made it easy. Simply scroll to the bottom of our website (the footer) and click on the "Return Center" link. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the package back to us.
If the return is due to a product quality issue or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or style preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
